Digital Arts Resource Centre’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, May 27th at 6:00pm in-person at the Loop (67 Nicholas St). Please RSVP by 12pm on Monday, May 27th, by filling out the form linked below.

On the agenda: reports from the director, co-chairs, and treasurer, a presentation of 2023 financial statements, and time for comments and questions from members. It’s important to note that our bylaws dictate that we need a minimum of 15 members present to conduct a valid election, so please RSVP as soon as possible. Those who RSVP will receive the documents that will be discussed during the meeting via email in advance.
Only active members in good standing can vote in the Annual General Meeting. To renew or register for a membership, please visit our membership page. Want to vote but can’t make it to the meeting? Active members who cannot attend can fill out a proxy form (below) and assign it to a member in attendance who will vote on your behalf. This proxy form must be emailed in advance of the meeting to admin@digitalartsresourcecentre.ca.
