Learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship in this online workshop.
Overview
The Playbook is an engaging, hands-on online workshop designed to help creative individuals understand how to turn their ideas into sustainable businesses. Created by Business in the Streets (BITS), this session breaks down the fundamentals of entrepreneurship in a relatable and accessible way, helping participants see business as an extension of their creativity, not the opposite of it. Through guided discussion, storytelling, and practical exercises, participants explore what makes a business idea strong, how to start with limited resources, and how to find the right audience for their work.
By the end of The Playbook, participants will:
- Understand the key differences between being creative and being entrepreneurial (and how the two complement each other).
- Learn how to identify and evaluate a business idea with real potential.
- Gain practical tools to build a business using limited resources.
- Define their ideal customer and articulate the unique value they offer.
- Develop an actionable next step toward launching or growing their venture.
- Leave with renewed confidence, clarity, and a mindset grounded in experimentation and action.
