EQUIPMENT PICKUPS
September 27, 2024, is the last day for mobile equipment pickup before a brief closure of rentals from October 1 – 10, 2024.
Equipment rentals will be closed for a brief period to update the pricing structure in our (soon to be public) online booking system. Any bookings made before the closure won’t be impacted, and your invoicing won’t change.
This change comes as we are adjusting the day rate to simplify calculations for when members request their own gear. This exciting change is coming soon to DARC, but it won’t happen right away. Thank you for allowing us the time to set it up properly.
DARC EXTENDED ACCESS MEMBERS
The Edit Suite will be receiving a full system wipe on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. We will be installing a new operating system and new programs.
Members who have used the edit suite in the last 9 months must ensure they have all their files and that their projects are archived externally. Time can be booked during the workweek at no charge (subject to availability) to ensure they can continue working after October 2024. Email tech@digitalartsresourcecentre.ca to book this time.
This wipe will be thorough so please ensure you save all of your files as anything left on the computer as of Tuesday October 1 will be deleted.
