What you need to know if you’re booking DARC equipment or facilities over the winter holidays. Reminder: Equipment returns from the winter break must return to DARC no later than noon on January 9th 2025. DARC will close from December 21 – January 6 2025; Arts Court will be closed from December 24 – January 1 2025. DARC will reopen on January 6, 2025. It’s never too early to start planning your winter break and 2025 projects, so here are some key dates to note for DARC’s tech department coming up.
September 27, 2024, is the last day for mobile equipment pickup before a brief closure of rentals from October 1 – 10, 2024. The Edit Suite will be receiving a full system wipe on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, all files must be removed before this date.
