DARC will be closed on May 5th as there will be a building-wide power shutdown on Monday, May 5 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Arts Court
In preparation for DARC’s presentation of MÆ-Motion Aftereffect, DARC’s rentals will be closed from April 30th until May 5th.
DARC and Arts Court will be closed on Friday, April 18 and Monday April 21, 2025. For members, it’s time to plan for any equipment or facilities you need during that time.
DARC will be CLOSED on Feb 13th, 2025, due to inclement weather. Staff will be available remotely. Please contact admin@digitalartsresourcecentre.ca with any concerns.
DARC will be closed for the stat holiday on Monday, October 14. Equipment rentals will be closed for a brief period from October 1 – 10 in order to update the pricing structure in our (soon to be public) online booking system.

DARC will be CLOSED on Monday, September 2, 2024, for the stat holiday. Equipment pickup and drop-offs are not impacted. Please note if you booking any DARC facilities, you will need to book keys with an access card to enter the building, as Arts Court will be closed.
DARC will be CLOSED Monday, August 5, 2024. Equipment pickups during the first week of August will happen on Thursday, August 8, as opposed to the usual Friday pick-up window.
Equipment must be returned no later than noon on Thursday August 8; for returns earlier in the week please contact us. Equipment pickups will be from 3-6pm. Please have your gear request in to rentals@digitalartsresourcentre.ca no later than Tuesday August 6 at EOD.
