GoPro

GoPro has been the go-to camera for recording live and fast action. Now with 4k capability, you can record any of your adventures with cinematic quality. Small but mighty, the camera is photo or video ready and uses a touch screen to easily toggle between settings. You can pair the GoPro with your phone to use the camera remotely, or to quickly access your content. This camera can be attached to your body with the sticky clamps and headband provided, or it can be set up with a flex clamp for better stabilization while vlogging.

Our kit includes four batteries, two SD cards, and USB charging cables allowing you can record all day and offload/charge up as needed.

This value kit is $40/week.

Insta360

As its name implies, this camera records 360 videos and stills; perfect for panoramic views. The Insta360 is small enough to fit in your pocket, yet powerful enough to record high-quality videos (4k and HD). Use it on its own, or pair it to an iPhone thanks to the built-in lightning adapter which provides an additional viewfinder. You can edit your videos directly in the Insta360 mobile app, in the free and user-friendly desktop software, or skip editing altogether and stick to live streaming directly on your social media channels.

The Insta360 rents for $40/week.

Zoom h5

Quality audio can make or break any creative project. The Zoom H5 is a compact recorder that provides clean, professional audio above what most built-in camera mics are capable of. Out of the box, your rental includes a stereo cartridge mic, windscreen, and pedestal adapter to use with a mic stand or tripod. Your interview can be recorded on an SD card, or be synced directly into your DSLR with the help of cables. It runs on two AA batteries making it easy for fieldwork. Using multiple microphones becomes easy with its two additional XLR inputs and a line in for a lavier. The Zoom h5 is ideal for audio-only projects like podcasts. Stop relying on voice memos app; the headphone jack allows you to hear sound quality and adjust it on the fly.

The Zoom H5 is $40/week for all members. It’s in the digital toolkit library for anyone wanting to dip their toes in professional audio. The ZoomH5 can be added to any camera rental package (with lights and a tripod) for an additional $75 a week.
