A winter scene with cartoon snowmen playing in the snow. Text hovers above them that reads: "Holiday Closure. December 20, 2025, to January 7, 2026." The Digital Arts Resource Centre logo is shown at the top left of the image.

We’re Closing for the 2025 Holidays & That Means Deals!

DARC will close from December 20 to January 7, 2026, and Arts Court will also be from December 24 to January 4, 2026.

This means the return of our ever-popular holiday equipment rental deal!

When you book equipment before the closure, you pay for 4.5 days but keep the equipment up until January 8! That’s almost 3 weeks, and you’re paying for 1!

Equipment pickups will be from 10 am to 5 pm on or prior to Friday, December 19. That’s right, we’re closing an hour early – it’s a Christmas miracle!

Please have your gear requests in AMS (and saved!) no later than Wednesday, December 17.

Equipment must be returned no later than noon on Thursday, January 8.

Please use the Calendly link provided in your booking to secure pickup and drop-off.

If you need the loading dock, please contact us for availability.

If you are an Extended Access member and want to use DARC facilities over the winter break, please contact tech@digitalartsresourcecentre.ca for more information about availability, key pickup and orientations.

It’s never too early to start planning your winter break and 2026 projects, so take advantage of this opportunity while it’s here!

The talk reflects on art not as a solution, but as a sustained practice of staying with ourselves and each other.
