September 2 @ 8:00 pm 10:00 pm

Illustration of someone resting with a cat on their lap. They appear to be on a mid-century modern couch with orange, fabric cushions and fine, metalic legs. The walls are turquoise.

Come join us at Pimisi Station on Thursday, September 2nd at 8PM for the second screening of this very special presentation of From Oberhausen to Ottawa! Join us as we watch the German Competition from International Short Film Festival Oberhausen 2020.

Co-presented by Goethe-Institut Ottawa and Digital Arts Resource Centre, this event is presented with Audiofetch Technology. That means the audio from the screening is broadcast to your smartphone instead of through public speakers. Make sure to charge that smartphone and grab your favourite pair of headphones so you can enjoy the full experience.

This series is the first event of its kind to be held at Pimisi Station – and better yet – it’s free to attend! Register with the Eventbrite link for contact tracing, remember to bring your smartphone and headphones, and get ready to be inspired and awed by the experience of open air cinema. Seating is limited, so bring chairs and blankets for some socially distanced fun!
