Digital Arts Resource Centre will be closed for Good Friday & Easter Monday
DARC and Arts Court will be closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6, 2026. For members, it’s time to plan for any equipment or facilities you need during that time.
Equipment bookings for the holiday weekend must be arranged no later than Friday, March 27 2026. Please use AMS to book – don’t forget to hit ‘save!’
If you are returning equipment, please ensure it’s returned by noon on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
New equipment bookings for April 3 – 7 must be picked up between 3-5:30pm on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
Please follow the instructions in your email to arrange equipment pick up.
If you need the loading dock, please contact us for availability.
Extended Access members can book the Recording Studio* or the Digital Edit Suite for the ‘after hours’ pricing on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You will need to sign out an access card to enter the building on Friday and Monday, and first time bookers will need an after hours orientation. Please book your keys, days and times by Friday March 27 by 5pm. First time bookers will need to attend an after-hours orientation on Wednesday April 1. We can book two members on the same day if time allows, so book early to avoid disappointment.
*We cannot guarantee a quiet environment after 5pm due to Club SAW activities.
