DARC will be closed on Monday, May 19, 2025. For members, it’s time to plan for any equipment or facilities you need during that time. We will be open during regular operating hours on Friday, May 16, 2025.
As usual, please book and pay for your equipment by Wednesday, May 14 and schedule your pickup and return times no later than Thursday, May 15. We may be unable to accommodate last-minute changes, and cancellations are subject to the full rental fee.
Extended Access members can book the Recording Studio* or the Digital Edit Suite for the ‘after hours’ pricing on Monday, May 19. First-time bookers will need to attend an after-hours orientation on May 15 at 5pm. Contact Tech to arrange. Please book your keys, days and times by Wednesday May 14 at 5pm. We can book two members on the same day if time allows, so book early to avoid disappointment.
*We cannot guarantee a quiet environment after 5pm due to Club SAW activities.
