DARC will be closed on Monday, August 4th, 2025. For members, it’s time to plan for any equipment or facilities you need during that time. We will be open during regular operating hours on Friday, August 1st, 2025.
As usual, please book and pay for your equipment by July 30th and schedule your pickup and return times no later than July 31st. We may be unable to accommodate last-minute changes, and cancellations are subject to the full rental fee.
Extended Access members can book the Recording Studio* or the Digital Edit Suite for the ‘after hours’ pricing on Monday, August 4th. First-time bookers will need to attend an after-hours orientation on July 30th at 5pm. Contact Tech to arrange.
Please book your keys, days and times by July 30th at 5pm. Arts Court will also be closed, so do ensure you can pick up a building pass and keys on time!
We can book two members on the same day if time allows, so book early to avoid disappointment.
*We cannot guarantee a quiet environment after 5pm due to Club SAW activities.
