The information session on December 10th will focus on media arts applications to the Creation and production fund for professional artists and the Arts Funding program. SESSION LEADER

Since 2010, Marie-Christine Feraud has worked as a Cultural Funding Officer for the City of Ottawa administering such programs as the Equity and inclusion in the arts fund, Creation and production fund and the Arts funding program. She specializes in supporting Media arts, Visual arts, Arts education, and Dance disciplines. From 2018-2021 she spearheaded the creation of the Cultural funding support unit’s Equity and inclusion committee which reviewed and re-imagined the Diversity in the arts fund program.

Marie-Christine has also worked at the Canada Council for the Arts and managing her own design company which included architectural projects, work within film, video, costuming and theatre. She has also produced public art commissions, with an artistic practice spanning production design, directing, illustration, animation, community arts and arts education projects. Marie-Christine holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University.
