DARC will be CLOSED on Monday, August 5, 2024. Equipment pickups during the first week of August will happen on Thursday, August 8, as opposed to the usual Friday pick-up window.
Equipment must be returned no later than noon on Thursday August 8; for returns earlier in the week please contact us. Equipment pickups will be from 3-6pm. Please have your gear request in to rentals@digitalartsresourcentre.ca no later than Tuesday August 6 at EOD. If you need the loading dock, please contact us for availability.
As the technical manager will be out of office August 6-8, it’s crucial to pre-book your Recording studio* or Edit Suite time and keys by August 2, as needed. First time bookers will need to attend an after-hours orientation on Tuesday August 6.
*We cannot guarantee a quiet environment after 5 pm due to Club SAW activities.
